Terms And Conditions

1. Goods and services. BlocShop makes and sells ottoman sleeper couches for retail and wholesale.

2. Delivery. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders are made to order and dispatched within 7 to 14 working days. Delivery is confirmed by email.

3. Export restriction. The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

4. Returns and refunds. Goods are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, BlocShop will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client attracts a 20% administration fee. Returns are handled under our Refund Policy and warranty claims under our Warranty Terms.

5. Privacy. BlocShop takes all reasonable steps to protect users' personal information, as defined in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

6. Payment. Payment may be made by card through our secure checkout, or by bank transfer. No card details are stored on this website.

7. Currency. The merchant outlet country is South Africa and the transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

8. Responsibility. BlocShop takes responsibility for all aspects of the transaction, including sale of goods, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery.

9. Domicile. This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. BlocShop chooses 19 Park Road, Gardens, Cape Town, 8001 as its domicilium citandi et executandi.

10. Variation. BlocShop may change this agreement or any part of it at any time without notice.
