At BlocShop, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing flaws for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

What's Covered:

• Inner and Outer Covers: Any defects in stitching, seams, or fabric integrity.
• Labels and Zips: All flaws or malfunctions in zips and labels.

If any manufacturing issues arise within this period, we will repair or replace the ottoman as needed.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from Usage: This includes accidental spillage onto the mattress, exposure to moisture resulting in mold, or damage caused by improper care and treatment.

Unfortunately, damage caused by everyday wear and tear, misuse, or neglect is not covered under this warranty.

Our Commitment:

Even if your issue isn’t covered by the warranty, we are committed to assisting you. We will do our best to help repair your ottoman and get it back into shape whenever possible.

Pre-Order Policy

Here’s what to expect when placing a pre-order:

Manufacturing and Lead Times:
Our pre-order items are in high demand and require extended lead times due to increased order volumes and larger quantities being manufactured. We currently estimate that pre-orders will be delivered between 18th and 23rd of December

Please note: While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to the nature of pre-order production and supply chain factors.

Why Production Times Fluctuate:

• At Blocshop, we are committed to environmentally conscious manufacturing, using upcycled fabric sourced from local furniture company offcuts. This approach reduces waste but can also require additional time to source materials when demand is high, ensuring we maintain our sustainable practices.

Need Your Order Sooner?

• If you require your bloc mattress, bloctop, or cover sooner than the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us directly. We can discuss potential solutions, such as offering alternate options or products we currently have in stock.

Delivery Timelines:

• Once your pre-order has been manufactured and dispatched, delivery times depend on your location.
• Cape Town: 12–24 hours after dispatch.
• Outer Regions: Up to 72 hours or 3 business days.
